The Challenge: Create a video presentation to feature Principal’s state-of- the-art service technologies. The Solution: SMP designed and produced the video segments using high-end graphics and effects to highlight the technology advances made by Principal Financial. To maintain the high tech theme, SMP put the presentations on custom DVD and CD-ROM applications. The Benefits: The program has become a very popular company sales tool because of its ability to explain how Principal uses technology to improve service. The product is being widely used via laptops recommended by SMP.
